This is my 3rd Delonghi radiant heater. It really heats a large area, especially if you are able to close off adjacent areas. I won't have to turn on furnace for most of winter here in southern Montana. Now higher ceilings will make a room harder for it to heat. The only change I would like is for the cord to come from rear of unit instead of front. It makes it awkward to position the heater in some places.

This heater was recommended to me for heating my living/dining area. It does the job. At first, it will make slight ping noise; that's just the oil getting going. Otherwise, very quiet machine and effective.
