The Dri-Eaz LGR 7000XLi Dehumidifier packs powerful high-capacity dehumidification in an easy-to-maneuver package.

Ideal for Water Damage Restoration
Removing 130 pints of moisture per day under AHAM conditions (80 degrees F, 60% relative humidity), the 7000XLi removes 40 percent more water than its competitors at just 8.3 amps of power.
This restoration dehumidifier is great for flood clean-up since it quickly dries carpeting, carpet pads, floors, and walls, and treats other areas that need industrial-strength dehumidification for restoration.
High-Capacity Water Removal
The Dri-Eaz 7000XLi Dehumidifier is a low-grain refrigerant (LGR) dehumidifier that continues removing moisture even in dry, low-temperature environments:
- With better heat exchange and defrost abilities than traditional refrigerant dehumidifiers, they are reliable solutions for restoration tasks.
- Removes up to 235 pints per day maximum in a saturated space (90 degrees F, 90 percent relative humidity). Tested at AHAM, it removes up to 130 pints per day.
- High-power condensate pump continuously moves collected moisture out for low-hassle emptying. Simply route the included 40-foot drain hose, and the pump can push moisture vertically up to 20 feet.
Command Hub Wi-Fi Control
The Dri-Eaz Command Hub allows you to automate your work from job start-up to shut-down, including payment and customer notification. The onboard digital control allows you to set the humidistat and make adjustments using your smartphone and the Command Hub App, available for iOS and Android.
Command Hub gives you the ability to track and log data over time for better, more efficient business operation.

- Auto Defrost: In very cold temperatures, the dehumidifier automatically warms frost build-up on the coil and transforms it into condensation.
- High Airflow Filter: A vacuum-able 3M High Airflow Air Filter protects internal components from damage due to dust and other particles, ensures efficient operation, and catches allergens.
- Rotomolded Housing: The 7000XLi is constructed with Dri-Eaz's legendary rotomolded polyethylene housing, which resists dents and scratches.
- Semi-Pneumatic Tires: These tires are puncture-proof, lightweight, and rugged for easy transport and a long service life.
- Integrated Handle: Along with semi-pneumatic tires, the sturdy handle makes transport from job to job a breeze.
- Detachable Power Cord: The cord measures 25 feet for usage flexibility.
- Storage Pockets: Store the drain hose and electrical cord neatly in pockets located on the side of the unit.

We had a very damp basement in our 1741 Colonial home. This thing dried it right up. No more mildew or mold. It's very easy to use and move around. At first I thought this was an expensive purchase, but often times you get what you pay for. With this unit, maybe you get more.
