Dehumidifier works extremely well! I appreciate the high and low fan modes as low is obviously not as loud. I took one star off because I'm unable to use Alexa, wifi or the app. I have 5G internet and only the 2.4ghz internet is supported - I wish they would have specified this as one of the main reasons I bought this model was the expectation of being able to use it with Alexa…very disappointing!!! #sweepstakes
