The Nilfisk Advance Spectrum Commercial Upright Vacuum is designed for commercial spaces, with easy-to-use, convenient features to enhance cleaning routines.
Powerful suction with a 93 CFM airflow allows effective and efficient removal of dust and dirt in a single pass. A non-marking bumper is wrapped around the vacuum to protect furniture and walls from bumps or markings. With a lower noise level of 69 dB (similar to a normal conversation), this commercial vacuum cleaner is ideal for daytime cleaning in restaurants, hotels, office buildings, retail stores, schools, and more.
- Brushroll: Made of nylon bristles in a chevron style, this dual-row brush picks up debris and dust at 2,800 RPM. It can be manually adjusted to accommodate different floor heights and is easily accessed for cleaning and maintenance without extra tools.
- Motor Protection: An airflow bypass valve and thermal overload protection on the motor help ensure a long lifespan.
- Approvals: This Nilfisk HEPA vacuum has received the CRI (Carpet and Rug Institute) Seal of Approval for meeting the industry filtration and dirt pickup standards.
- Operator Convenience: Each operator can adjust the handle height to their preference to handle this commercial cleaning vacuum cleaner.
- Onboard Accessories: Each Nilfisk Advance vacuum includes a crevice tool, upholstery tool, stretch hose, and wand. The quick-draw detailing wand is versatile for cleaning detailed surfaces. All accessories are located behind the wand for convenient access.

- 12H Single Motor: Designed with a low profile to reach under furniture, this model has a cleaning path of 11.5 inches and a 33-ft detachable power cord with reinforced plug prongs. It has also received approval from LEED-EBOM (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance).
- 15P Single Motor: This vacuum creates a close seal on the carpet and only emits 6 micrograms of dust particles per cubic meter of airflow exhaust. Its cleaning path is 14.5 inches and features a 50-ft safety yellow power cord. An easy-release foot pedal turns the brush motor off or on.
- 15D Dual Motor: Compared to single-motor vacuums, this dual motor contains a 120V, 350W brush motor and a 120V, 1,000 W vacuum motor for increased productivity. After forming a tight seal on the carpet, the suction power emits only 6 micrograms of dust particles per cubic meter of airflow exhaust. It has a cleaning path of 14.5 inches, a 50-ft safety yellow power cord, and an easy-release foot pedal that turns the brush motor off or on.
- 18D Dual Motor: This dual-motor vacuum features a 120V, 1,000 W vacuum motor and a 120V, 350W brush motor powering a 17.5-inch cleaning path and delivering up to 16 percent more than single-motor vacuums with the same width. Its 2,800 RPM brush speed deep-cleans while the suction power forms a tight seal with only 6 micrograms of dust particles per cubic meter of airflow exhaust emitted.

- Motor Pre-Filter: This washable layer protects the motor from fine dust and debris, extending its life and ensuring reliable operation.
- HEPA Filter: A HEPA filter layer traps up to 99.97 percent of dust, pollen, mold, bacteria, and other allergens down to 0.3 microns in size.
- Paper Filter Bag: A 2-ply paper filter bag contains up to 4.2 quarts and keeps dust and debris in the bag for safe removal and disposal.
