This commercial upright vacuum features thermal overload protection and an airflow bypass valve for safe and reliable operation. The high-performing suction has an airflow of 93 CFM for efficient results. With a low sound level of 68 dB (similar to the level of a normal conversation), this lightweight vacuum cleaner is perfect for daytime operation in office buildings, hotels, retail stores, and more.

Self-Adjusting Brushroll: A dual-row, chevron-style brush runs at 2,800 RPM, using nylon bristles to pick up debris, dust, and dirt as the height automatically adjusts for low and medium-cut pile carpets, smoothly transitioning between floor surfaces.
Convenient Maneuverability: The Radius Turning System allows quick, short turns in narrow spaces as a non-marking, tear-resistant bumper protects against damage to walls and furniture.
Safety and Performance Approvals: The Nilfisk Advance vacuum has been awarded the CRI (Carpet and Rug Institute) Seal of Approval (Silver), the LEED-EBOM (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Existing Buildings: Operations and Maintenance), and an ETL certification.
Onboard Accessories: This Nilfisk commercial vacuum includes a crevice tool, wand, and stretch hose to make cleaning above-floor surfaces and detailed items easier.

Two Sizes Available

12-inch (VU500 12): With a 12-inch width, this cleaning path is 11.5 inches. The detachable power cord is 33 feet long.
15-inch (VU500 15): The larger option is 15 inches wide with a 14.5-inch-wide cleaning path. The detachable power cord is 50 feet.

Filtration System

Motor Pre-Filter: By protecting the motor from fine dust and debris, this filter layer extends the motor’s life and ensures reliable operation.
HEPA Filter: This layer traps up to 99.97 percent of pollen, dust, bacteria, mold, and other allergens down to 0.3 microns in size.
Paper Filter Bag: A 2-ply paper filter bag holds up to 3.4 quarts and keeps dust and debris in the bag for safe removal and disposal.
