Description
The Broan Recessed Ventilation Fan/Light is a great addition, not only for the bathroom, but for a closet, home work-out space, or other area where humidity can rise due to activity or lack of other ventilation. This attractive fan/light simply disappears into the ceiling with your other recessed lights. Matching trim is understated and blends into any décor.
Powered with 70 CFM of airflow, this ventilation fan can be paired with the Broan Sensaire humidity sensing switch for automatic operation. Using this switch, your space will meet the ASHRAE 62.2-2016 standard for bathrooms.
