Maintain a comfortable humidity level in your home with the General Aire 75 Pint Whole House Dehumidifier, perfect for a crawl space, attic, or basement. This Wi-Fi controllable dehumidifier removes up to 75 pints per day, is equipped with an LCD touchscreen, and is capable of remote access, so you can customize the settings on this whole-house dehumidifier from anywhere to coincide with your comfort levels.
Note: Installation by anyone other than a qualified contractor voids the warranty.
Ducting Options
Depending on your situation, you can install this dehumidifier for ducted or unducted operation.
Wireless Connectivity
Check the status of your General Aire DH75 at any time when you connect to the GeneralAire Wi-Fi App (available in the Apple store or Google Play). After customizing the settings, you can control the dehumidifier from anywhere.
- Humidity Setpoint: While 40 to 60 percent is the normal healthy range, you can adjust the desired humidity setpoint anytime for your comfort.
- Filter Life: The Filter Hours feature displays the total hours the filter has worked. After replacing the filter, click the “Reset Hours” button.
- Fan Mode: Select the “Auto” fan mode to set the dehumidifier to activate automatically when dehumidification is needed. The “Cycling” mode allows the fan to run in intervals of 10, 20, or 30 minutes per hour as a fan-only mode for air circulation.
These features are accessible via the LCD touchscreen on the unit itself.

- MERV 11 Filter: This pleated filter captures up to 80 percent of particles 1.0 to 3.0 microns in size and keeps your dehumidifier running efficiently.
- Integrated Handles: On each end of the unit, integrated handles are at the top of the grates for easy maneuverability.
- Adjustable Feet: Each foot is adjustable for an uneven surface, so you can install this whole home dehumidifier wherever best suits your needs.
- Low-Temperature Shutoff: If the temperature drops too low during colder months, this home dehumidifier system shuts off for preservation.
- Quick-Release Filter Doors: The access doors have a quick-release mechanism for easy access.
- Low Noise Levels: When unducted, this dehumidifier reaches a maximum noise level of 55 dB, about the same level as a normal conversation.
- Drain Pan: A heavy-duty, injection-molded drain pan comes with this dehumidifier.
