The Good Housekeeping Broadway Decorative 2.0 Sone 110 CFM Bath Fan provides powerful and quiet air circulation to remove odors and excess moisture that can cause mold and mildew growth and damage walls, wood, tiles, and paint. This bath fan with light is ideal for large bathrooms, laundry rooms, attic spaces, or other high-humidity spaces up to 149 square feet.

This Good Housekeeping fan includes a light with a frosted glass shade, which houses two LED light bulbs. The 15-inch grill housing is available in two color options:
- Matte Black: The round light base features a matte black finish, creating a low-key neutral color to match almost any space's aesthetic. Part Number 91036.
- Brushed Nickel: The round light base features a brushed nickel light fixture base, which matches nickel-finished faucets and door handles, creating a seamless aesthetic. Part Number 91037.
