By placing an indoor air sensor in a room, you can prioritize any space you frequent for consistent temperature control and results. This smart digital thermostat features multiple operating modes and adaptive recovery technology and is compatible with existing smart home devices for a seamless and effortless upgrade for your comfort.
Indoor Air Sensor
This Honeywell Home smart thermostat is available with or without a RedLINK indoor air sensor. These sensors let you specify which rooms to prioritize with your thermostat or based on motion in active rooms. You can also set schedules for different rooms at different times, like bedrooms at night or living areas during the day.
- Functions: These sensors detect temperature, humidity, and motion to best focus on rooms based on a specific schedule of your choice or rooms based on occupancy.
- Connections: Up to 20 RedLINK sensors can connect to a single thermostat, giving you complete control of any room in your home.
- Range: Each sensor has a 200-foot range to pick up movement, temperature, and humidity.

Easy and Remote Operation
Ensure cozy comfort at home with this inclusive Honeywell Home T10+ thermostat. By downloading the Resideo Honeywell Home app, you can control this programmable thermostat remotely from anywhere. A variety of temperature options are at your fingertips, including:
- Operation Modes: Choose from Heat, Cool, or Off to turn both systems off.
- Fan Modes: Select the Auto fan mode to run only while heating or cooling, On for continuous operation, or Circulate to run the fan randomly approximately 33 percent of the time.
- Auto Mode: The thermostat automatically determines whether your home needs cooling or heating to achieve the desired temperature.
- Humidify: The current indoor humidity level is displayed with a relative humidity (RH) range of 10 to 60 percent. You can adjust the levels with or without window protection when a humidifier is connected to this thermostat.
- Dehumidify: Using the cooling system or a whole-house dehumidifier, the thermostat can lower the humidity level to 25 to 80 percent RH at your discretion.
Adaptive Intelligent Recovery
As you use and incorporate the Honeywell Home T10+ thermostat into your daily life, its Adaptive Intelligent Recovery technology will learn your cooling and heating routine and take steps to deliver the temperature you want when you want it. The recovery ramp is calculated based on the difference between the current room temperature and the desired temperature setting, previous equipment performance, and weather history. After around one week, the thermostat will adjust to these factors and react accordingly in the next cycle.
