Bought to replace 8 yr old Hunter programmable thermostat. First one was defective out of package. Called my HVAC guy who brought one (same model) with him. It, too, was defective. Went to Home Depot and bought the exact same model and it works. Easy to install and (third one) appears to work as advertised.
