Dual-Hose Cooling, Auto-Draining Technology

The second exhaust hose then expels warm air outside, ensuring that only cool air is returned to your space. - Heat Mode – A feature on the Whynter ARC-12SDH model only, the heater mode gently warms your space during the colder months using 11,000 BTUs.

I'm using this to cool a living dining area. It is quieter than my other portable AC. Chose the dual hose and Whynter for efficiency and because I'm trying to cool a large open area. I think my Toyotomi spits out colder air but is much noisier. It was this or $12,00 for central air.

This unit is a high output room air conditioner. It is rather bulky, and not too attractive because of the hoses. However, it's very efficient and works well for temporary purposes. It's quiet and easy to use.
