Installed this unit in a basement for a remodeling project for one of my customers. It has exceeded our expectations by far in extracting excess moisture from the intended space. We installed 3/4"" pvc pipe to drain the unit into the sump pump hole. I love the supplied trim kit which conceals the mechanics and offers a relatively clean appearance. Wonderful all the way around! Thinking about purchasing another unit for my own home.

Easy install. Pulls a ton of water out of the air....but it never shuts off. It's gone well past the auto-shutoff % but it never shuts off. I ended up putting it on a smart switch and using my home automation system to turn it on and off. If I rely on the built-in sensors the thing will run forever.
