Description
Description
The TrolMaster Aqua-X WD-1 water detector has dual-function capabilities--use to simply monitor the floor or a space for water… as a leak-detector, or use as a water-verification monitor. Each output and be assigned to a specific WD-1 which will trigger a user alert.
The touch spot cable can be used to be connected to a single TSS-1 Touch Spot (sold separately) or use a T-Splitter to connect one more TSS-1 Touch Spot under one Water Detector.
Dual Functionality
A single Aqua-X irrigation control system can accommodate up to 25 WD-1 detectors, so you will always be alerted to leaks or lack of irrigation water. Assign each WD-1 to a solenoid or pump on the Aqua-X.
- Leak Detector: The WD-1 will detect the presence of water and provide an alert in time to allow the prevention of water leakage in the Aqua-X Irrigation Control System
- Water Monitor: Place the detector where runoff will accumulate or where water is being introduced to the growing medium. Each time the solenoid or pump is activated, the WD-1 must detect water within an adjustable delay time, or an alert notification or "irrigation failure" is sent.
Two or more Water. Detectors (up to 30pcs for each system) can be linked together in a "daisy chain," expanding the leak detection monitoring area.
