This window mount evaporative swamp cooler uses the natural process of evaporation to cool areas up to 900 square feet. Most effective in dry climates, this cooler absorbs heat from the hot air and can lower the temperature in your space by as much as 15 - 20 degrees. This unit utilizes 115V, a standard 5-15P plug and can be installed into either a vertical or horizontal window for convenient placement.
This energy-efficient air cooler uses 75% less energy than traditional AC’s, so you can sit back and enjoy a refreshing breeze at the touch of a button while reducing your cooling costs. Unlike refrigerant air conditioners which use toxic chemicals, evaporative coolers use the natural resources of water and air to cool your home.
Natural Ventilation
Every minute, 3300 cubic feet of hot air is pulled in through the side vents and flows through the saturated pads causing evaporation to occur. The resultant cool air is released back into your space through the front grille and instantly drops the temperature by as much as 15-20 degrees. And while traditional air conditioning systems re-circulate the same stale air, the AIRCARE (formerly Essick Air) RN35W creates a fresh, cool breeze through your space every two to four minutes.
