#sweepstakes The box arrived leaking carbon powder all over my porch tile. I asked for replacement without even opening the bag with filter. Had to ship it back in a second box in a second bag, and it is not a light filter... but I understand items can get damaged in shipping. If replacement comes leaking carbon - I will ask for refund and just stick with the smaller filters that fit inside the HEPA filter. Otherwise, the replacement process was straightforward, and the seller Sylvane was very helpful.
