The Clarke FM40 Orbital Floor Scrubber provides the ultimate cleaning experience. The FM40 is an easy-to-use and versatile machine for high-performance cleaning with dry and wet applications, including bonnet cleaning carpets, recoating, cleaning rout, and burnishing terrazzo, concrete, and marble surfaces. It’s also very efficient in commercial areas, like hotels, grocery stores, hospitals, schools, gyms, and offices.

- Weighted Pressure: Three 21-pound weights add more pressure to deep-clean various surfaces.
- Reliable Performance: A 1.5-horsepower motor with a 3,540-RPM pad driver delivers cleaner floors with less operator labor.
- Noise Level: Designed with strategically placed vibration-dampening materials, this floor scrubbing machine is quieter than other models. At its highest speed, it emits 68 dB of sound (similar to a conversation), perfect for daytime or commercial cleaning.

- Operating Modes: The pad deck floats when the rear wheels are up, giving the full maneuverability expected from traditional floor machines. When the rear wheels are down, the pad deck touches the floor like a burnisher for a high-performing forward-and-backward motion with more balanced control.
- Modular Design: Taking apart the fully modular Clarke FM40 LX into fully modular requires no extra tools, and each piece is bright yellow for quick identification in disassembly and reassembly. The adjustable handle is also detachable, making lifting, transporting, and storing easier.
