The TPI PBX Direct Drive Industrial Portable Drum Fan rolls to the spot that needs relief and plugs into a standard outlet, so you can aim strong airflow wherever your crew is standing. It comes in 3 sizes, each paired with its own motor.

TPI designs and assembles every PBX drum fan in the USA. Black powder-coated spiral wire guards cover the front and rear of the drum to keep fingers and debris clear of the spinning blades.

The PBX line runs from a 30-inch to a 42-inch fan diameter, and moving up a size brings more motor power and airflow along with a bigger coverage area.

  • 30-Inch Model PBX-30-D: This model pairs a 1/4-horsepower 2-speed motor with 4,400 CFM of airflow for areas up to 250 square feet. At 65 pounds and a 2.7-amp draw, it is the easiest size to move and leaves the most room on your circuit.
  • 36-Inch Model PBX-36-D: Compared with the PBX-30-D, this model moves up to a 1/3-horsepower 2-speed motor, which raises airflow to 6,500 CFM and coverage to 320 square feet while drawing 5.5 amps at 82 pounds.
  • 42-Inch Model PBX-42-D: Building on the PBX-36-D, the largest fan uses a 1/2-horsepower single-speed motor to push 9,000 CFM over 340 square feet, drawing 7.9 amps and weighing 102 pounds.
