Description

At the far end of a long duct run, airflow often drops off, and the Fantech FG Series 8-Inch Inline Centrifugal Duct Fan boosts it from inside the ductwork. Air passes straight through the fan, and its long duct connections let you install it at any angle and at any point along your 8-inch duct. The included mounting bracket fits ceilings or walls.

The fan comes prewired for a hardwired connection, so you have less electrical work to do on site. Its airtight galvanized steel housing meets requirements for both residential and commercial use, which means the same fan works for a home ventilation retrofit or a commercial duct system. You can choose a standard or an XL airflow model.

Fantech FG 8XL: This model keeps everything the FG 8 offers and raises airflow to 507 CFM, an extra 47 CFM for longer or more demanding runs, and it weighs 8.5 pounds.
