The 3M Venture Tape 1599B Polypropylene Duct Tape has a UL181B-FX safety rating and is an excellent choice for air connector sealing and closure, even on irregular surfaces. Working on fiberglass, foam, metal, and fibrous materials thanks to its highly conformable, bi-axially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) backing. Recommended applications include the following.

Prime Adhesion
This polypropylene adhesive tape is coated with a cold-weather, pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive. It performs well in cold weather conditions and continues to hold at normal and elevated temperatures. Once bonded, it demonstrates good aging properties and resists lifting and curling.
This adhesive tape bonds immediately when it is applied to various materials, including foam, metal, fiberglass, and fibrous duct material.
