Excellent service from the company Sylvane. Nicely compact dehumidifier and easy to set up. Recommend using the tube to send water continuously into a drain. Unless you are a world champion body builder, the bucket is heavy and awkward to manage. Would recommend a more ergonomically sensitive design.
