Description

In a work area where solvent vapors or gases collect, a single spark can ignite them. The iLiving Explosion Proof High Velocity Portable Ventilation Fan is built to remove ignition sources from the airflow path. It is rated for Zone 1 and Zone 2 locations that handle Group IIA and IIB gases and vapors in temperature classes T1 through T4.

You can wheel the fan to the spot where fumes collect, then aim the adjustable head at the source. It works as a portable exhaust blower for fume extraction, so you can clear vapors from an indoor work area without installing permanent ductwork.

  • 10-Inch: It moves 1,943 CFM on 350 watts at 3,300 RPM and runs at 66 dB, the quietest in the line. It measures 13 x 10.25 x 13.75-Inches (L x W x H) and weighs 24.3 pounds, so you can carry it by hand.
  • 12-Inch: It moves 2,720 CFM on 550 watts at 3,300 RPM and runs at 69 dB. It measures 16.9 x 14.75 x 15-Inches (L x W x H) and weighs 32 pounds, giving you more airflow while staying easy to move.
  • 16-Inch: It moves 4,240 CFM at 3,300 RPM and draws 1,100 watts, the most power in the line. At 79 dB it is also the loudest, and it measures 20 x 18.9 x 17.7-Inches (L x W x H) and weighs 64 pounds.
  • 20-Inch: It moves the most air, 5,830 CFM, on 900 watts. Its slower 1,720 RPM blade speed keeps it at 72 dB, quieter than the 16-inch. It measures 26.38 x 22.8 x 18.9-Inches (L x W x H) and weighs 94.8 pounds.
