Customers can choose from one of five package potions for Protimeter MMS3, each with optional accessories and tools to make your job easier.

Basic Package: This package includes everything needed for a quick start with the Protimeter MMS3, including the heavy-duty moisture probe and the short Quikstick Sensor.

Basic Survey Package: This includes all the Basic Package contents, the Hygrostick Sensor, a sensor extension lead, and 5-inch wall probes.

Standard Kit: Includes everything from the Basic Package, with a hard-sided carry case.

Survey Kit: This kit includes all the contents of the Basic Survey Package, a surface temperature sensor, and a hard-sided carrying case.

Restoration Kit: This kit includes all the contents of the Standard Kit but also has a Heavy-Duty Hammer Electrode, four hammer pins, and 5-inch wall probes.

Flooring Kit: This kit has everything needed for invasive inspections of concrete floor slabs. The contents include 20 adjustable humidity sleeves, a carbide-tipped spiral masonry drill bit and stop, a wire cleaning brush, 5 mini Hygrostick probes, the Hygrostick insertion and extraction tool, the Hygrostick Extension Lead, a calibration kit, data cable, and software, all packaged in a hard-sided carrying case.
4-in-1 Design
Forget lugging a load of different devices from place to place because this Protimeter Moisture Sensor can measure moisture in wood, drywall, concrete, stucco, plaster, and masonry using pins, non-invasive radio frequencies, and air humidity. The device also has an infrared temperature sensor that detects surface temperatures using a laser pointer.
Other advanced probes can be connected to the device via two side ports, and the device’s firmware can be upgraded via a convenient micro-USB port.
Flexible Applications
This device has many applications, from fire and flood restoration and concrete floor moisture management to home inspections, building surveys, and moisture mapping. Part of that flexibility is due to the many different optional probe accessories the device is compatible with.
Users can select from many optional probes and devices, allowing the Protimeter to extend or refine its capabilities.
Quick Change Probes
The Protimeter MMS3 can quickly change between three humidity probe styles, each with unique applications. Using the Hygrostick (sold separately from some packages), users can take humidity readings in high-humidity applications. The Quikstick and Quikstick ST are different sizes of the same general-purpose humidity sensor. The Quikstick ST comes standard with all Protimeter MMS3 kits, while the Quikstick is sold separately from some packages.
