This machine promotion is a bit misleading. It claims it has grout cleaning capability. However you must clean the grout by hand using the grout cleaning tool because the attachment is separate from the floor cleaning machine. Since people like myself would think you use the machine itself as you would clean bare floors, I made the purchase! I could have bought another floor cleaner at half the price therefore I would not recommend this item if you want to clean floor grout, unless of course you want to spot clean each grout by hand with the attachment. Beyond that problem, the steam floor cleaning is good, I have smooth ceramic tile, and any less expensive machine would do a good job.

I use this product to steam mop our tile floors and tile grout. The product works well so far. However, I have to turn it off/on to switch between the 2 steam settings. That is NOT what the instructions say.

I use it on Ceramic Tile and wood floors. Works fine. Customer Service could be better. They don't return calls.
