Moisture Removal in Any Conditions

The 4000i uses desiccant drying technology to remove moisture even in low temperatures and low humidity conditions - making it an ideal solution for removing moisture from items like hardwood floors, concrete, walls, cabinets, plaster, brick and more.

Since the DriTec 4000i doesn't collect water and doesn't use a temperature-sensitive refrigeration system, it will continue removing moisture effectively in sub-zero temperatures. It also dehumidifies reliably in low humidity conditions, even down to 0% relative humidity.

Duct the Air Inlet: Duct the colder and/or drier air of the space into the air inlet to help improve desiccant performance.
Duct the Process Outlet: Duct the process air outlet into hard-to-reach areas for distributed drying. You'll need to use layflat ducting for this configuration.
Duct in Low-Clearance Areas: In a crawl space or another low-clearance area, you can operate the unit on its back. Duct the reactivation outlet outdoors and the duct the air inlet and process air outlet as you would in Options 1 and 2. You can also duct process air between floor joists for easier air distribution.
