Backdraft dampers (also called gravity dampers) allow airflow in one direction and prevent reverse airflow for use in exhaust or intake HVAC systems. This Fantech RSK4 4-Inch Duct Backdraft Damper for circular ducts is manufactured from galvanized sheet metal. Every Fantech Backdraft Damper is built with performance in mind.

- Positioning options: The damper can be mounted vertically.
- Damper blades formed from aluminum H14: Twenty percent stronger than 1100 series aluminum.
- 24 GA, G90 galvanized steel casing: Galvanized steel is coated with a thin layer of zinc. The zinc coating protects the steel beneath it from rust.
- Spring Loaded Blades: Its two blades are spring-loaded.
- Central Rod: Features a 3/32" diameter brass central rod.
