Maintain a fresh airflow in high-humidity spaces to prevent mold and mildew growth, which can compromise the structural integrity of walls, tiles, wood, and paint.

The 120V 40W Good Housekeeping fan includes a permanently lubricated motor, adjustable hanging bars, and a hardware installation kit with everything needed for replacing an old exhaust fan or for new roomside installation. This exhaust fan requires professional installation.
