The iLiving ILG8G14-12T sufficiently removes heat, reducing interior heat load and temperatures. Made from lightweight galvanized steel, this attic fan moves 1,220 cubic feet of air (CFM) from areas up to 1,600 square feet.
Other features include onboard adjustable thermostat, 14-inch steel propeller, mounting brackets, and more.
Adjustable Thermostat
Reduce heat built-up inside of attic spaces and reduce your air conditioner usage with this gable shutter fan. Designed with a built-in adjustable thermostat, you can set the temperature between 60 - 120 degrees F, with the recommended range between 100 - 110 degrees F.

I have a mobile Home. I pulled the Heater unit out and reworked the heater roof vent to 18"". I installed this gable vent to pull heat out of my home. The vent is mounted horizontally and is not that noisy and actually runs quite and smooth. The thermostat feature shuts the fan on and off when I am not home. I am pleased with the way it has worked out

The thermostatically controlled attic fan is a great asset added to my garage attic. When the temperature reaches 100° it turns on to keep the attic cooler.
