You can run it inside or outdoors, so the same machine can cool an office floor in one job and a tented event in the next. You can choose between the AC with Heat and Cooling Only configurations.

Long-Reach Ducting: A dual-hose design with a 25-foot, 12-inch-diameter vent hose and ducting that extends up to 75 feet lets you send cold air into hard-to-reach areas.
Mobile Design: The AC measures 64 x 32 x 60-Inches (L x W x H) and weighs 1,080 pounds, yet it fits through standard 36-inch doors.
Condensate Pump: An internal condensate pump pushes collected moisture up and out, and partial self-evaporation plus drain hose capability cut down on how often you need to empty water.

You can choose this 12-ton portable AC as an AC with Heat model for year-round temperature control or as a Cooling Only model for warm-season jobs.

AC with Heat (KW9066): This configuration provides 83,300 BTU of heat alongside full cooling, works in temperatures from 30 to 110 degrees F, and has a maximum draw of 24,000 watts.
Cooling Only (KW9065): This configuration is dedicated to cooling with a lower 20,500-watt maximum draw, and it includes a fan-only mode for moving air on milder days.
