For a powerful and quick cooling performance in commercial and industrial settings, turn to the this 12-ton KwiKool 135,000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner. With its compact 32-inch wide design, it takes up little space while providing powerful cooling. Built to provide temporary cooling in the most rugged settings, it’s versatile too since it can push cold air up to 75 feet.
This American-made commercial portable AC is designed to be used indoors or out and must be plugged into a 208/230-volt, 80-amp circuit.
Fast Cooling to The Areas That Need It Most
When you need extreme cooling in the hardest to reach areas, turn to this 135,000 BTU portable AC from KwiKool. Designed to fit through standard 36-inch wide doors, it features heavy-duty locking wheels and handles for a fast and easy setup. Its wheels are easily removed and its forklift skid access provides even simpler movement.

Need even more versatility? Choose the model with included heat and ensure your most sensitive commercial areas stay at the perfect temperature all winter long. Its heat option delivers 83,300 BTUs of fast-acting heat and is capable of being used in temperatures from 30 to 110 degrees F.
User-Friendly Operation
To lower your maintenance time, use an internal condensate pump to push the moisture collected during the cooling process up and out of the air conditioner. Should you choose to empty the bucket manually, the AC will automatically turn off when the container is full.
