What is the Auto-Delivery program?
Sylvane’s auto-delivery program takes the thinking out of maintaining your product. Just sign up, and we’ll have filters delivered to you when it’s time to replace them. As with all Sylvane orders, you’ll receive free shipping on these products. It makes maintaining your product as convenient as possible.
How does it work?
It’s pretty simple: Select your filter, set the quantity and schedule for delivery, and we’ll send you new filters. You’ll notice we recommend a specific schedule for each product.
Why should I sign up?
The Auto-Delivery program is the easiest way to stay on top of product maintenance. No thinking. No ordering. A filter just arrives when you need it. And maintenance is required to make products last longer, work properly, and run more efficiently.
Even better, some products are offered a discounted price.
What communication should I expect from Sylvane?
After you sign up for the subscription program, an initial confirmation email will be sent. After that, you’ll receive two emails each time a new filter is headed your way:
- First, a reminder email one week before shipment. It reviews your shipping, product, and payment information. You’ll also be notified if the price of your item has changed. If you moved or have any questions, contact us at 1-800-934-9194.
- Then, a notification email when your product ships. Your credit or debit card will be charged at this time.
What are my Auto-Delivery payment options?
You can pay via credit or debit card.
Can I manage my plan online?
Not yet - but soon you will! For now, call us to make any adjustments to your plan. You can change how often you receive filters or cancel your subscription by calling 1-800-934-9194.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes. You can cancel your Auto-Delivery plan at any time. Just call us at 1-800-934-9194.
How do I return an Auto-Delivery item?
The return process is the same as any other item. Simply send it back to us within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll refund your money. The only cost you’ll incur is shipping the product back to us.
Can I modify my shipping schedule?
Of course! But we suggest sticking to our recommended schedule to keep your machine running properly. Call us at 1-800-934-9194 to make any modifications.
Will Sylvane cancel my Auto-Delivery plan?
No, only you can cancel your auto-delivery plan.
Can I use a coupon code with my Auto-Delivery order?
Sort-of. Some filters are sold at a special subscription price through the Auto-Delivery plan. Subscription discounts are applied as a coupon during checkout and that same coupon will be applied to each of your replenishment orders.
If you apply a different coupon code to your first Auto-Delivery, order it will not be applied to future fulfillment orders.
