Designed for rooms with casement windows, the Perfect Aire 4PASC10000 10,000 BTU Casement Window Air Conditioner is the premier unit for creating a comfortable living space in rooms up to 450 square feet. Easy to install and operate, it features a unique remote thermostat function to ensure maximum comfort in bedrooms, offices, living rooms, dens, and other similar sized spaces. With multiple operating modes including cooling, moisture removal, and fan only settings, it’s a great supplemental cooling addition to any room.

Reduced Energy Usage
Equipped with an Energy Saver feature, the Perfect Aire 4PASC10000 is designed to deliver a maximum cooling performance without wasting energy. This function is available when the unit is in cool, dry, or auto modes. When selected, it’ll cause the fan to run for 3 minutes after the compressor turns off. The fan will then cycle every 10 minutes, check the room’s temperature, and only turn the compressor back on when it determines the room temperature is above your set point.

With this Perfect Aire 10,000 BTU air conditioner, you’re getting a powerful unit that’s built to fit your individual needs. Several distinct operating modes are available for creating a customized environment in bedrooms, offices, and other similar sized spaces.
- Cool Mode: Great for summer spot cooling, it delivers up 10,000 BTUs of relief from rising temperatures.
- Fan Mode: Engaging fan mode when it’s not quite warm enough for cooling will ensure you continue to have a circulation of fresh air in your space.
- Dry Mode: When your room starts to feel a little humid, select this setting for removing excess moisture from the air.
- Auto Mode: Selects the best operating mode to achieve your desired room temperature.
User-Friendly Operation
While it’s easy to select your desired room temperature between 62 and 86 degrees Fahrenheit using the electronic control panel, this Perfect Aire has an added convenience feature. On the included remote control, you’ll notice the Follow Me function. When it’s selected, this feature turns the remote control into a thermostat. That means that the unit will monitor the temperature wherever the remote is at in the room, ensuring that the temperature you selected is how it actually feels where you are.
Quick Installation
With the included installation materials, getting started with this window air conditioner is simple. It’s designed for casement windows with widths between 15.5 inches and 16.25 inches and heights of 21.25 to 39.5 inches.

- Three Fan Speeds: Select your desired fan speed (low, medium, high) or engage auto fan and let the unit choose the best speed for your desired temperature.

This window unit has a remote and works great. Could not be happier with the window unit. I checked for an exact replacement for the old Kenmore and it was $150.00 more and only 6,000 btu's. this is 10,000 btu's, fits in exact same opening. Uses same 115v outlet. I could not find a local dealer who even had the between studs window unit in stock. They are rare. Most people are using mini splits now.

So far so good. We have not owned this unit for very long but so far we're happy with it. Installation was smooth, cooling level and fan strength are excellent as is the ""Energy Saver"" function. There is a good deal of noise, but it's almost all from moving air (therefore unavoidable), not from the machinery. Time will tell how durable it is.

Product works fine but customer support is the worse. I have called at least 5 times left phone call back # and voicemails and I have sent at least two emails and have not heard back from anyone for more than a week
