Couldn't be simpler: Cut the foam to size, stick it on your AC unit. Magnet is surprisingly strong, and keeps the foam fastened tight to the unit. Stayed on through a hurricane here in NYC. All dripping and pinging sounds were instantly silenced. No more noise from rain or our upstairs neighbor's AC waking us up in the middle of the night. They even ship you much more than you need for a single unit. Will definitely be putting this on the rest of our AC units next summer. Great product! #sweepstakes

For the past 10 years I have been glueing pieces of carpet to stop the drip from upstairs AC. During summer the carpet unglued I had to press something heavy on it so it would do it's job. Then my AC looked dirty from the glue. Each year it was a hassle, the sun would dry out the carpet and then there was dripping noise again. This year I bought a new AC so happy to find this product that is effective, clean looks great. Thank you. Plus the customer service is excellent.
