Made in the USA, The AIRCARE 831000 Space Saver Evaporative Humidifier with Digital Controls covers up to 2,700 square feet. It uses a digital control panel and 3-speed fan motor to provide simple, customizable humidifying. With a 6-gallon capacity, this humidifier can be run up to 70 hours continuously without refilling. It's perfect for whole-house humidification, multiple rooms, large apartments, or medium-sized homes.
Automatic Humidistat
After setting your desired humidity, the AIRCARE 831000 will automatically maintain it and then turn off once the set humidity level is met.
Three Fan Speeds
A 3-speed motor lets you choose between nighttime, medium, and high speeds. This not only controls how quickly moisture enters your space, but can also be used to control the noise level during operation.

- Super Wick Technology: This wick is made in the USA and offers Trapmax filter technology to absorb minerals and other impurities. It also provides antimicrobial protection and is the highest filter capacity output offered by AIRCARE.

I use this in a large home office space in my house (in the most-heated zone of the house.....) I also have the earlier (non-digital) AIRCARE space saver in my living room, which I've had for several years. I like the digital humidification display and control. This unit is smaller than the other non-digital unit and thus holds less water. It does take the same wicks (which is one of the reasons for my model choice). I can use a 3-pack of wicks for both units. The medium fan speed hums a bit, but the low speed is quiet enough for me to be on conference or video calls and not hear the fan running. I think I'd buy this unit again if I needed a 3rd humidifier (perhaps for the bedroom...) #sweepstakes - Sylvane shipped this very quickly and it arrived in perfect condition.

This product does exactly what I wanted. We are using it in a production area of a print shop to add extra moisture when needed. It really puts out a lot of moisture. As a wick type moisturizer, we do not need to worry about airborn powder gumming up a pump. Being able to roll, it is easy to move a few feet to where we can fill it with a hose that is set up from our RO water system. That of course lets the filter last a long time as the calcium is out of the water. The operating features are quite appropriate and easy to understand. I would buy more of these for other areas.
