After purchasing a new humidifier I was unable to purchase a filter so needed to order online. The product is exactly what I needed. Thankfully I have now found them locally. My only complaint would be the carrier that delivered my purchase. Instead of bringing it to the house they left it in a plastic bag tied to a post at the end of the driveway. The box containing the filter was damaged.

We have an air humidifier that uses the filters from your company. They are easy to install and keeps our air humid enough so we are not zappi g each other. We will use this product again
