Description
The Broan Overture Smart Plug activates your home’s fresh air system when used with an Overture sensor. Integrate a fresh air system or other IAQ device for automatic on/off to control, improve, and maintain indoor air quality by activating the device or devices when needed. Replace stale or polluted air with fresh, clean air.
The Overture Smart Plug can be used with 120V devices with a NEMA 5-15R or 5-20R plug and has ports to connect low-voltage wires to your home’s HVAC system for seamless integration.

Automatic Device Activation
You’ll never have to be concerned about indoor air quality or when to turn on or off your devices to improve it. Connect HRV/ERV ventilation fans, dampers, exhaust fans, and other smart devices that can help improve your indoor air quality and control asthma- and allergy-irritating conditions.
When the Broan air quality monitor sensor detects a level that falls outside safe parameters, the appropriate device is activated until that indicator is restored to an optimum or safe level.

Unventilated moisture can cause mildew and mold formation--known asthma triggers--and can also lead to structural problems in your home. In addition, new products like furniture, clothing, carpets, and new construction, can off-gas and accumulate, causing significant health issues. Allergens like 2.5 PM particulates, which include pollen, dander, dust, and others, become trapped inside tightly sealed homes creating annoying, and sometimes dangerous, symptoms.

App Use and Voice Control
The Broan Overture smart plug installation guide includes a QR code which can be scanned to download the App. Or you can go to the App store or Google play to download. View a live report of your home’s indoor air quality as a whole-home view or as room-by-room snapshots.
- Individual gauges for overall IAQ, humidity, PM2.5, TVOC’s, and carbon dioxide levels provide live data
- View a quick explanation of each component being measured
- Control individual device features on the room sensor’s smart outlet
- Add new users, rooms, and devices
- Access historical data for the past hour, day, week, month, or year and view whole home, or individual room information for each component in graphic format
