Description
The Broan Ultra Green ZB Series Bathroom Exhaust Fan features multi-speed operation and 80 CFM of airflow. This ventilation fan is ideal for remodels, retro-fit, or new construction in bathrooms, home work-out rooms, or other high-humidity environments.
These Energy Star certified fans are designed specifically to meet both spot and continuous ventilation requirements for various building codes and green building standards.
- Broan 80CFM ZB Series Fan: This 80 CFM model is designed for smaller bathrooms or spaces up to 75 sq. ft., offering ultra-quiet operation.
Featured Specifications
- Energy Star Certified: Both fans are equipped with a DC motor for efficiency well beyond Energy Star requirements.
- HVI Certified: This fixture complies with new testing technologies and procedures with static pressure of 0.1 in.
- UL Listed: Meets UL and cUL standards for safe use over bathtubs and showers with a GFCI circuit.
- Multi-Speed Control: This capability is ideal for meeting ASHRAE 62.2 and LEED for Homes requirements. These fans can also be used to comply with CA Title 24.
- Time Delay: Adjustable time delay sets how long the fan will run on high speed before returning a continuous low speed. They are rated for continuous operation.
- Simple Installation: A unique telescoping mounting frame fits through retrofit opening for easy room-side installation without attic access. Features mounting frame tabs for vertical positioning in new construction.
