Keep your space comfortable in any season with the Daikin Atmosphera 18,000 BTU Ductless Mini-Split Heat Pump w/ R32 Refrigerant. An ideal choice for your living room, bedroom, den, and more, as it’s recommended for spaces of 600-800 square feet. This reliable mini-split with heat pump includes a wireless remote controller and multiple operating modes.
Required This air conditioning system requires a 1/4 x 1/2 lineset and must be installed by a licensed technician.
Prioritizing Energy Efficiency
The Daikin Atmosphera utilizes the R32 refrigerant, the next generation with a lower Global Warming Potential (GWP). Not only does this refrigerant have less environmental impact, but also reduces indirect emissions and consumes less electricity over the lifetime of the units compared to other models with R-410 refrigerant.
This ductless mini-split also boasts a high seasonal energy efficiency ratio (SEER2) rating of 22.7 and an energy efficiency rating (EER) of 12.5.
Year-Round Comfort
This Daikin mini-split is equipped with multiple forms of operation, including:
- Cool Mode: Stay refreshed with 18,000 BTUs of cooling power.
- Heat Mode: On colder days, switch over to the 21,600 BTUs of warming power.
- Econo Mode: During start-up, this mode lessens the outdoor unit’s maximum operating current and power consumption.
- Comfort Mode: The louver stays horizontal while cooling to spread the airflow out evenly. When heating, the flap changes to push the warm air to the bottom of the room while angled downward and vertically.
- Powerful Mode: Push this button on the remote control to boost the cooling or heating power for a 20-minute period.

- CLEAN Operation: This feature reduces the amount of condensation in the indoor unit’s interior. When DRY or COOL operations are selected, however, condensation may occur.
- App Accessible: Download the Daikin Comfort Control App to access your settings from anywhere for peace of mind.
- Quiet System: Reaching only 49 dBA on the highest speed while cooling or heating, this mini-split is a quiet but dependable presence in your home.
- Hybrid Cooling: This capable dehumidifier function runs even in low cooling loads. Even after the desired temperature is reached, the unit keeps the dehumidification effect active.
- Multiple Fan Speeds: Choose your preference from 4 available speeds: High, Medium, Low, and Super-Low.
- Remote Control: The included remote control lets you operate the indoor unit from anywhere in the room. A holder is also included, so you can keep the remote readily available.
- Hot Start: Starting up the heating function, or switching from cooling to heating, will not result in a cold draft interrupting your comfortable environment.
- Pre-Charged Piping: This single zone mini-split comes pre-charged for piping lengths up to 49 ft.
- Intelligent Eye: If the room is empty for 20 minutes, the motion-activated infrared sensor will adjust the set point to start saving energy.
- 3D Airflow: The combination of horizontal and vertical louvers autoswing and circulate air throughout the entire space.
- Easy Maintenance: Thanks to a simplified design, the drain pain of the indoor unit is easier to remove and empty.
