I purchased this unit online and Sylvane made purchasing the unit simple without any of the normal hassles. This was the best price I found since the shipping was free. I installed it in my 40' x 56' shop and it cools the space easily. This model is very quiet and was easy to install. I definitely recommend the Friedrich air conditioner and Sylvane.
