I would have given this a 5 star rating, but it was only part of the products I wished to purchase. Not being able to find a water inlet valve for the same unit I called and waited on the phone for customer assistance. Customer Service finally answered after a long wait, the call was disconnected, needless to say I wasn't very happy with Sylvane.
