The AC itself is good, easy to install, works well. I orders 2 of these, and Sylvane sent one correct one, and one incorrect one (albeit of the same BTU setting and price). The incorrect one involved having to do some rewiring, but that was easier than waiting for them to ship a new one. So, AC is 5/5 stars, Sylvane 3/5 stars.
