- ElectroPlus Floor Tool: A 14-inch wide electrically-driven carpet tool is ideal for medium to high-pile and plush carpet. With 5 height adjustments and a swivel joint for maneuverability, this powerful floor brush digs deep, extracting and collection fur, hair, and dander with ease.
- Parquet Twister: Perfect for hard floors, the twister tool rotates 180 degrees and provides the agility to clean around tables, chair legs, and other obstacles you encounter while cleaning.

Great product. Better than the Dyson Animal I have been using. It's the Mercedes of vacuum cleaners! I have two dogs that shed all over my couc. The hair weaves itself into the upholstery which the Miele pulls right out. I have spent a lot of money on top of the line vacuums for many years and the Miele so far has made this customer very very satisfied!!

It's wonderful!! The only thing that's negative is the main vacuum head, when you change the height is stiff and doesn't feel made well.

I am so very pleased with this vacuum, I have had my eye on it for over a year, but, debated on spending the extra money. I am pleased that I went ahead and gave into my want. I live on a farm horses, chickens, cats, Saint Bernard, and a English Mastiff. I am always carry in on shoes/clothes hay, and lots of animal hair. I also have a couple cats that are inside/outside, and one orange cat, that loves to sleep on my white carpeting in my bedroom, I can say that no more do I have orange hair on my carpet, and the rest of my house has hardwood, and really after vacuuming with my old vacuum, you could still see hair on the hardwood, NO more with the this vacuum. I vacuum about every other day. I am extremely pleased with this vacuum.
