Description

The Nilfisk IVT-1000CR Cleanroom Industrial Vacuum is specifically designed for use in cleanrooms up to and including Class 10 (ISO 4).

It is a powerful and efficient wet/dry cleanroom vacuum that safely removes and contains hazardous dust, debris, and particles and helps you dispose of them safely. Like other Nilfisk cleanroom vacuum models, the IVT1000CR uses a series of filters to remove harmful particles from the exhaust to protect and improve your air quality. In addition to cleanrooms, the IVT1000CR vacuum is a popular choice for hazardous debris cleanup in pharmaceutical, hospital, lab, and specialty manufacturing applications.

Solid Construction: It is constructed of corrosion-resistant, AISI type 316 stainless steel construction and has an autoclavable container and trolley to simplify decontamination and sterilization.
Filter Dust Bag: A 3.25-gallon container capacity accommodates a standard 2.25-gallon dust bag for dry collection, including most large dust particles and debris for simple disposal. Smaller particles, such as fine dust, powders, and allergens, move through the dust bag to be caught by the remaining filters.
Motor Thermal Protection: This prevents the Nilfisk industrial vacuum from overheating due to an accidental blockage in a nozzle or hose or failure to keep filters clean.
Quiet Operation: Operating at 61 dB, the IVT1000CR is quieter than conventional cleanroom vacuums.
Trolley: A heavy-duty trolley makes maneuvering this industrial vacuum cleaner in your environment easy.

Available Kits

Each available option includes the Base Machine of the Nilfisk IVT-1000CR industrial vacuum. You can also choose add-ons that best suit your needs:

Safe-Pak Container and Accessory Kit: The Nilfisk Safe-Pak container is sealed with a HEPA filter on the exhaust and a paper bag at the inlet. Once the gallon is full, this entire container can be disposed of, which makes it safe to collect and contain potent compounds. The accompanying accessory kit includes a 32mm Plastic Hose, 32mm Plastic Cuff, 32mm Curved SS Tube (13-inch), 32mm Straight SS Wand (20-inch), Hose Twist Plug, 32mm Floor Nozzle, 32mm Dust Brush, and 32mm Rubber Crevice Nozzle.
ESD Kit: This kit includes a 32mm Antistatic Hose, 32mm Antistatic Cuff, 32mm Curved SS Tube (13-inch), 32mm Straight Wand (20-inch), Hose Twist Plug, 32mm Floor Nozzle, 32mm Conductive Dust Brush, and 32mm Conductive Crevice Nozzle (9-inch).

Ultrafine Particle Filtration

The Nilfisk IVT-1000-CR Vacuum Cleaner has an ultrafine particle filtration system that collects and retains your environment's fine hazardous dust and powders. This system prevents hazardous particles from being exhausted back into your space as you clean. The complete filtering system also consists of the following:

Gore-Tex Main Filter: This large primary filter is ideal for fine powder filtration. A smooth PTFE membrane prevents fine dust particles from passing through the filter while steady airflow continues. This filter efficiently removes 99.995 percent of particles down to 0.33 microns.
ULPA Exhaust Filter: The vacuum's downstream ULPA (Ultra Low Penetration Air) exhaust filter ensures that 99.999 percent of all ultrafine particles down to 0.12 microns and more significant are retained.
