The item was absolutely perfect, even nice then the attachment we had. The only complaint was the price of the floor tool. Other than that it's great.

Worked extremely well. Picks up everything with ease (especially dog hair). I had another tool I was using by another company and it did not work as well. I was going to get rid of the vac. because I hated the floor tool. Glad I got rid of the floor tool and got a new one. The vac. works great.
