The Perfect Aire ( 6PATW12000) 12,000 BTU 115V Through-the-Wall Air Conditioner quickly cools residential spaces as large as 550 square feet. It is easy to install and includes a remote control for easy operation of cooling, dehumidification, and energy-saving modes.
Multiple Operating Modes
Perfect Aire puts cooling comfort at your fingertips. With multiple operating modes, this model not only cools your space but also helps control humidity.

Cool Mode: This takes 12,000 BTUs of cooling power and quickly leaves your room crisp and cool.

Dry Mode: Eliminate indoor stuffiness by removing excess moisture from your indoor air.

Automatic Operation: This mode will select the best fan speed and operating mode to achieve your preferred temperature.

Sleep Mode: Stay comfortable while you sleep with this setting that gradually increases the temperature and adjusts the fan speed while you rest.
Energy Saving Performance
Equipped with an Energy Saver mode, this through-the-wall air conditioner reduces cooling costs by periodically running and turning off the compressor and fan to conserve energy. It has a 10.5 CEER rating, an estimated yearly energy cost of $106, and uses the more eco-friendly R-32 refrigerant.
