The S&P TRCe1200 Commercial Energy Recovery Ventilator provides fresh air exchanges to improve the indoor air quality of commercial spaces in any climate.

This commercial ERV uses two 1.0 HP direct-drive electronically commutated blower motors and side-by-side AHRI 1060 certified energy recovery cores to deliver an airflow of 375 to 1575 cubic feet per meter (CFM) with high efficiency and fan efficacy.

The fully insulated case features access doors for quick and easy access to the unit’s blowers, core, and filter. This model uses four MERV 8 filters (two 14 x 20 x 2-inch filters and two 16 x 20 x 2-inch filters) to remove impurities from outside air and room air.

Power Options

Customers can choose from two different models to best fit a space’s power requirements:

120 V Single Phase: 60 Hz, 8.0 FLA (per motor), 18.0 minimum circuit amps, 20 amps MOPD.
208-230 V Single Phase: 60 Hz, 6.2 FLA (per motor), 14.0 minimum circuit amps, 15 amps MOPD.

The TRCe1200 also has a non-fused disconnect and a 24 VAC transformer relay package to power and connect optional accessory controllers.

High Efficiency Cores

The TRCe1200 uses one L125-G5 full core and a secondary L62-G5 half-core, which crossflows indoor and outdoor airflows using S&P’s “air-to-air” technology. This provides the highest energy recovery possible while keeping airflows separated.

The resin recovery cores have a unique moisture transfer capability that eliminates moisture and frost build-up down to -10 degrees F and 40 degrees RH, resulting in higher efficiency and more reliable operation. Additionally, this model does not require a condensate pan or draining solution.

Easy Installation

The preferred mounting location is sitting on a concrete floor using the factory-provided leveling legs, or attached to a structural support or ceiling. This ERV connects to new or existing ducting with 18 x 18-inch square receiving flanges.

Cross-core differential pressure ports can be used for airflow adjustment and balancing with Dial-A-Flow.
