The Southern Enterprises Calvert Carved electric fireplace features a full-size firebox with 1500 watts of power to generate 5000 BTU of heat, providing energy efficient heat for up to 400 square feet of space.

Two Beautiful Finishes
Available in Rich Espresso or Mellow Ivory, this traditional design features fluted columns on either side of the firebox and understated molding to finish off the mantel in classic style. I love my Ivory fireplace with decorative scrollwork. I didn't want white- the ivory is perfect since my walls are a warm white- it brings the room together just as I hoped it would. It's easy to operate and it was put together in 1/2 hour's time. I've turned the fireplace on every night since I got it and the price- $599.00 was nearly 1/2 the price of others at the same size and quality.

I moved into a new home and incorporated a cream and white decor. The ivory fireplace is perfect- it's beautiful, was put together in 1/2 an hour and I've used it every evening since I got it.

This unit does not have a multi speed fan. It has a thermostat, that is suppose to control the fan, but what is needed, is a multi-speed fan. I am disappointed with the heat output, as well. It looks great, but it is suppose to be a heater.
