This Sunpentown (SPT) heater features 4 different control settings, including a fan-only mode for use during warm summer months. In addition, there it also includes a digital, programmable thermostat. With its sleek design, this tower heater has an elegance that fits well in any room.
Easily Adjust Your Heat Output
The SPT SH-1960B Tower Heater comes equipped with the following 4 control settings and a timer, for maximum flexibility:
- High: Set to high, the heater runs continuously at its maximum capacity in order to warm up your room as quickly as possible. This mode uses 1500W.
- Low: For energy savings, you can run the heater continuously on low. This setting works well for smaller rooms, and only uses 900W.
- Auto: The auto setting lets the heater cycle itself based on the ambient room temperature and the programmable thermostat setting.
- Fan-Only: The fan-only mode does not produce heat, so you can use it as an oscillating fan during the warm seasons.
Safety Comes First with Ceramic Heating
Most room heaters become very hot to the touch, and you need to be careful about where you place them. With its ceramic heating element, the Sunpentown Tower Heater avoids this problem.
