These TPI ¼ HP Fixed Commercial Fans are ideal for use in clean and dry commercial applications such as schools, shops, offices, warehouses, and more.

Available in two fan diameters, you can select either a pedestal mount or wall mount assembly for ultimate convenience.

Designed for Commercial Spaces

TPI CACU Fixed Commercial Fans feature a black semi-gloss powder coated finish which allows them to fit easily into a number of office spaces, school rooms & cafeterias, gyms, groomers, and other commercial areas.

Operated with a simple pull chain switch, these fans are both equipped with powerful ¼ HP motors that are easy to maintain. Motor features include:

  • 120V, Single-Phase, 3-speed
  • Ball Bearing
  • Permanently Lubricated
  • Permanent Split Capacitor
  • Open Ventilated

Two Sizes Available

Depending on your space, you can choose one of two available fan diameter sizes to fit the need. Take a look at the specs for each size to help determine which is best for you.

  • 24-inch: CFM: High-3400, Medium-3100, Low-2800; Coverage Area: 220 sq. ft.
  • 30-inch: CFM: High-4200, Medium-3800, Low-3500; Coverage Area: 240 sq. ft.

Mounting Options

These commercial circulators from TPI feature aluminum paddle blades with a steel hub and cast aluminum spider connections.

  • Pole Mount: Center pole attaches to the steel dome and adjusts the center of the fan from 43 inches to 60 inches.
  • Wall Mount Assembly: Steel wall mount attaches to the wall with 3 bolts and to the fan on the extension on the bottom of the motor housing.

Additional Features

  • Power Cord: SJT Type 3 conductor, 9-foot power cord.
  • Safety Certifications: UL CUS Listed and meets OSHA safety requirements.
  • Safe Grill: All fans include coated steel guards with retaining clips.
