We have a covered patio with a wood burning fireplace. We do not want to burn wood anymore because of possible fire dangers here in California, and the pollution that wood smoke throws into the atmosphere. We got the Oscillating Heater for its heat potential and it's safety potential and it does not look like a big heat lamp in our cabana. We are so excited to have warm evenings dinners at either end of the summer with this in our cabana.
