Filter measures 9" x 11" x 0.75" and is typically replaced once a year. Checking the status of your filter often will help to ensure efficient operation. I've ordered these before, and quality was consistent with past purchases. I'm REALLY satisfied with the customer service I received. I got notification that my order was at my Minneapolis post office branch, due to be delivered the next day. Over that night, my post office was destroyed amid riots. Lauren in customer service was extremely understanding and helpful; she filed a claim with the USPS and sent a replacement order, keeping me informed the entire duration until I received the replacement order. I thought I'd try and upgraded filter and I am glad I did. The paper frame is rugged and the filtration looks really good. The filter is probably good for at least a year, not just 6 months.

Ordered Santa Fe MERV-8 Filters before these. Didn't like the quality at all. Called and spoke to a representative who helped me find the same filters I've been using for the past several years which are the MERV-11. Much better quality!
