Description
Description
Designed for restoration contractors, the Dri-Eaz HydroSensor II Collapsible Moisture Probe detects moisture and determines the extent of water migration from its original source. Primarily used to map the presence of water in carpets and padding, this moisture probe is also designed for moisture detection in walls, ceilings, floors, and furniture.
An LED light will blink, and the transducer will beep when the nickel-plated pins detect moisture levels above 17%. The blinking and beeping become progressively faster when higher levels of moisture content are detected.

The Dri-Eaz HydroSensor II Moisture Probe (106481, formerly F251) is a versatile unit that features:
- Multi-Surface Compatibility: The Dri-Eaz HydroSensor II helps determine the extent of water damage on floors, walls, ceilings, cushions, and even furniture.
- Portable: This single-piece instrument has a telescoping arm extends to 31 inches for ease of use and collapses to 17 inches for space-saving storage.
- Battery-Operated: This unit runs on one general purpose 9-volt DC battery (included). To extend battery life when not in use, make sure the probe tips are not in contact with any material that can conduct electricity such as metal, damp cloth, carpet, water, cork, etc.
